I recently photographed this property for Patrick Dixon’s Agency and their client was kind enough to send this testimonial to the quality of my work.
I love any testimonials but when the client sends them without even being asked, I just really appreciate it!

“The photography is beautiful – my first thought was how proud my father and mother would be. The photographer has done an excellent job with natural lighting, use of the wide angle lens, and choice of wonderful angles to truly showcase the house to best advantage. It has exceeded expectations. I don’t know how the front of the house was captured from such a height! but this is much superior to a ground level photo of the house. I think the verandah photo is fabulous – it shows lifestyle, spaciousness, distance, elevation, privacy; and the power line is really just a fact of urban life. I think it is an important photo to include in the collection.”

Home Staging – Sell with style and sell for more

Home buyers pay more for homes that look easy to live in and that are spacious, clean and bright. They pay more for homes that require little or no work. They pay more for homes that are beautifully presented, it offers a tempting must have experience for buyers.

Recently I had an opportunity to catch up with Deb Lindner from Mink Home Staging to talk about the links between Home Staging and Real Estate Photography.
As Deb says in this video “we’re really in the same business – helping people sell properties by creating that emotional connection that attracts buyers, draws them to the property and gets them to pay a premium price for a well presented home”.

Many agents tell me they have achieved better prices in shorter periods of time by engaging the services of a Home Stager or Interior Stylist to help prepare homes for sale.

There is a real art to taking good photos and then editing them professionally. So many people put up with second rate photography unnecessarily. It really does not cost much more to get it right. You just need the right photographer.

Bad exposures
Blown out windows
Poor composition
Sloping walls
Blown out lights
Flash reflections in pictures
Colour casts
Camera and tripod reflections

Better Presentation of Rental Properties

Do you want to stand out from the crowd as the most professional Property Manager in your area?
Do you want landlords to come to you because your properties are more attractively presented on the internet?

There is no reason why rental properties should not be presented just as well as properties listed for sale.
