I wanted to share with you some interesting statistics that I found from the latest National Association of Realtors Report on how home staging influences buyers’ decisions.

I work with some agents who always have their properties staged before I come in to photograph the home.
What I’ve noticed is that these agents have differentiated themselves by advising their sellers to present their homes in the best possible way with Home Staging.
This makes the properties so much more attractive to buyers but also, prospective sellers recognise these agents as leaders in their marketplace.
